Mammoth Mountain is located in the town of Mammoth Lakes, California, in the Central-Eastern part of the state, about 300 miles from Los Angeles. Mammoth Mountain is located in Mono County near Yosemite National Park. During peak season, round trip, direct flights from Orange County and LA are available. YOTELPAD Mammoth, consisting of 156 condominiums (we like to call them PADs) and 21 townhomes (we call them PAD DOMOs) is situated in a prime location across from the Village Gondola and a short walk from restaurants and bars.
YOTELPAD Mammoth is a revolutionary concept of resort living, bringing together modern design, efficient interior space planning, technology, and extensive indoor/outdoor amenities at the base of the mountain. Replay Destinations will spearhead the second "for sale" YOTELPAD in the world, here in Mammoth, bringing affordable resort living to one of the most coveted mountain resort's in America. Your resort PAD is brilliantly planned to use the entire space, wasting nothing. The contemporary mountain interiors feature natural materials and clean lines, with everything oriented toward the outdoors to maximize daylight and bringing the outdoors in. It has a kitchen zone, TV & tech wall, and a large window with Juliet balcony to enhance your view. Transforming furniture changes form and function to do everything you need. Every innovative inch is designed to be efficient with time and space, without compromising luxury. PADs will range in size from 347 SF to 1503 SF.
Your private PAD comes fully furnished and equipped, from linens to knives and forks and your Smart TV. Turnkey elements like linens and kitchenware are all in place. You'll find your PAD remarkably intuitive and amazingly livable. Furniture is included, brilliantly transforming to multi-task. Every inch works smarter to keep your PAD purchase price down.
YOTELPAD's social amenity spaces are an extension of your private PAD. Planned amenities designed specifically for social gatherings, YOTELPAD Mammoth boasts a seamless indoor/outdoor amenity experience featuring an outdoor pool, hot tub, and numerous fire pit areas. The pool deck connects to the indoor social spaces which will include a club lounge, fireside lounge, kids/teen room + games room and view terrace, allowing owners and guests to connect and gather in a comfortable atmosphere.

YOTELPAD is being developed by the world-renowned team that played a key role in the creation of resort villages at Whistler, Mammoth, and Copper Mountain. Replay Destinations is a resort development company whose work is to take play seriously. We design destination resort projects so people can play for longer, play more often, play in all seasons, and play smarter. Replay’s senior leadership team were part of the visionary team behind Whistler Blackcomb, consistently ranked as one of the top destinations in the world. Acting in the master developer role for Canyons Village, Replay is leading the design with a revitalized masterplan to include new shops, restaurants and après venues. This is Replay’s second project at Canyons Village with the first being LIFT.
Mammoth Mountain is owned and operated by Alterra Mountain Company. In January of 2018, the joint venture of affiliates of KSL Capital Partners and Henry Crown and Company acquired twelve ski resorts and one major helioperation throughout five US states and three Canadian provinces. The resorts include: Steamboat Springs and Winter Park in Colorado, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows in Lake Tahoe, Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain and Big Bear in southern California, Stratton in Vermont, Snowshoe in West Virginia, Deer Valley in Utah, Mont Tremblant in Quebec, Canada, Blue Mountain in Ontario, Canada and Canadian Mountain Holidays & Summer Adventures in British Columbia, Canada.

Method has thoughtfully created YOTELPAD Mammoth’s mountain modern architectural design, social spaces and interiors.
We’ve designed the experience to be more fun from the get go. Our valet parks your car, the ski valet takes your gear, and our YOTELPAD Crew in the Lobby’s Mission Control will keep everything running smoothly. You can use the interactive Concierge touchscreens to find restaurants, shops and entertainment. The YOTELPAD app is ready for you to schedule housekeeping, message ski valet, and more.
